LEXHEART values the trust and the support that its artist, team, user/customer, and people, in general, have bestowed upon it.  And therefore, to protect their rights and interests LEXHEART has formed an Intellectual Property Rights Protection Guiding Rules & Principle (IPR Protection Guiding Rules & Principle). By following this Intellectual Property Rights Guiding Rules & Principle, YOU can help us protect LEXHEART and its Artists’ brand and IP Assets.

LEXHEART Intellectual Property Assets includes its Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Design, Logo, Brand-name, Domain name, Apps, product icons, Trade-dress, know-how, Trade-secrets, residual knowledge, fonts, name of LEXHEART affiliates, and such other confidential information. LEXHEART reserves its right to take necessary action to protect LEXHEART and its Artist and Team’s IP rights.

     

LEXHEART urges its user/customer to legitimately purchase the License to use the IP Assets before downloading the contents of the website and not to copy, reproduce, replicate, alter, reverse engineer or modify LEXHEART IP Assets in any manner or transfer, redistribute, enter into a database, display on the database. Any such unauthorized use shall attract legal action. LEXHEART requests the user/customer to inform us on [email protected] if any misuse of LEXHEART or its affiliates Intellectual Property is taking place in their knowledge. LEXHEART assures its user/customer to take timely action to halt such misuse.

Without any written Licence to use the work or an agreement with LEXHEART, LEXHEART does not grant any express or implied right and urges its users/customers or general public NOT TO:

a. Use LEXHEART IP Assets for their own business name, corporate name, products, services, app, domain name, social media account, and other business associations.

b. Imply an association, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval with or from LEXHEART in any manner.

c. Use LEXHEART IP Asset on any tangible materials, presentation, or on social media, or in any group.

d. Distort, modify, alter, animate, or use LEXHEART IP Assets in any manner.

The user/customer who wishes to associate with us for business has to procure a valid Intellectual Property Registration Certificate from the respective IP Office for the goods and services they are offering for display on our website.
