Return & Exchange Policy
In a situation where User/Customer receives any defective goods or services due to some contingency, which may not happen, then the Artist will provide the User/Customer a replacement of the work or We will refund you the purchase amount within 30 working days from the date on which grievance is placed on [email protected].
When Refund is not given: No refund shall be given for false or misleading claims or if a grievance email is received after 7 working days from the date of purchase. Refund will be initiated only after receipt of the defective goods or products by us. Products falling under the category of 'Offer', 'Sale' or 'Discount' are not eligible for a refund.
Procedure for a refund: On receipt of defective goods or services you can write to us at [email protected] and share your name, contact details, invoice (order slips), and reference no for our record. Our team will revert to your email within 3 working days and will take you through step by step process.
Packaging: You can give the defective goods or products in any kind of packaging without making any material change to the product to our delivery partner, who will come and collect the products at the location on which the said product was delivered.
Payment for shipping: The first shipping fees are included in the invoice. After receiving the replaced products and with respect to subsequent shipping of the replaced products, if the Customer is not satisfied then the customer will bear the shipping expense. The subsequent shipping expense will be charged in advance before collecting the replaced defective products by our delivery partner.
LEXHEART reserves its right to make any modification to the Refund and exchange policy at any time in its sole discretion to comply with regulatory and legal requirements. The user is requested to visit LEXHEART Refund and Exchange Policy at all times. LEXHEART shall take all reasonable efforts to timely inform its user/customer and memebers of all the relevant changes in the Policy.
