Bordi Beach

Bordi Beach

Bordi Beach located in the Palghar district of Maharashtra, in between Vahindra River and Gholvad Creek, is known for its natural beauty and tranquil beach. The Beach is about 3 to 4-hour drive from Mumbai through NH48. We heard a lot about the place from our friends during one get-together. On impulse, we decided to take a small trip to experience the Beach in the month of September 2021.

Accomodation

The first thing that came to our mind was 'where to stay' as the place was completely new to us. Our search lead us to a small resort named Nisarg Chhaya located at Bordi, Amrut Vada, Gholvad Station, Tal Dahanu Palghar 401701. The place was recommended to us by our friend who had visited the place earlier. Besides this resort, one can also find a number of other resorts or hotels available near the beach to stay as per their preference.

Our stay at Nisarg Chhaya was very pleasant. The resort has a charming homely feel with a fabulous swimming pool and other amenities. We enjoyed the rare pleasure of birds, chickens, very friendly dogs, and rabbits on the property.

Food

We enjoyed the local authentic Maharashtrian food and on our special request, our Resort also arranged for Chinese food for us.
